Does Riffit do quotations too?

Yes, and they're unlimited on both plans. You build a quote on your dashboard, where there is room for line items and terms. Send it, and your client opens a link and accepts it in their browser. No account, no signup, no code to type. If they want something changed first, they say so from the same page, and you revise and send v2 under the same quote number. Once it's accepted, it becomes an invoice in a click, with the line items and terms carried across.

Can I send contracts as well?

Yes. Draft one from a template on your dashboard, send it on WhatsApp, and your client e-signs with a one-time code. Nobody needs a DocuSign account. Every signed contract comes with an audit-trail certificate, and you can raise invoices off it later, including in parts. 3 contracts are free for life, unlimited on Pro.

How fast can I send an invoice?

Under two minutes from message to sent. Type something like "invoice Priya 40k for branding" on WhatsApp. Riffit fills in your business details, GST number, and payment info from your saved profile. Reply "send" and it goes to your client by WhatsApp or email.

Do I have to type messages in a specific way?

Nope. On Pro, describe the work in plain English, something like "invoice Priya 40k for brand design", and Riffit's AI fills in the rest. On the free plan, Riffit walks you through 4 quick questions instead. Either way takes under two minutes.

Is Riffit really free?

Yes. The free plan includes unlimited quotations, 5 invoices per month and 3 contracts, no credit card required. You get WhatsApp creation, the web dashboard, PDF invoices with UPI payment links, and email reminders. Pro is ₹249/month (or ₹199/month billed annually) and adds unlimited invoices and contracts, AI natural-language invoicing, custom branding, and WhatsApp delivery. What happens if I send more than 5 invoices on the free plan?

Riffit pauses invoice creation when you hit the limit. Your existing invoices stay live, clients can still view and pay them. The limit resets on the 1st of every month. Need more this month? Upgrade to Pro any time for unlimited invoicing.

How do my clients pay me?

Every Riffit invoice includes a UPI QR code and your bank details. Your client scans the QR with any UPI app, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and pays instantly. No Riffit account needed on their end. You can also share the invoice link by WhatsApp or email. Clients tap to view and pay.

Does Riffit send reminders to clients automatically?

Yes. Riffit emails your client a reminder before the due date and again if the invoice goes overdue. You don't have to follow up manually. Pro accounts also get WhatsApp reminders and unlimited reminder cadence. The dashboard shows a timeline of every reminder sent.

Can I see everything in one place?

Yes. The web dashboard at app.riffit.in shows every quotation, contract and invoice with its status (sent, viewed, accepted, paid, overdue). Per-client views show the full history, payments and outstanding amounts. WhatsApp handles creation. The dashboard handles tracking. Same data, two surfaces.

Do I need WhatsApp Business or any special setup?

No. Riffit works with your existing WhatsApp, personal or Business account. Message the Riffit number once to start, and it remembers you. No SIM swaps. No Meta API setup on your side. No app to download.
