You move to the Free plan automatically. Unlimited quotations, 5 invoices a month, your dashboard, and everything you created stay where they are, including clients and services past the Free limits. No card was taken during the trial, so nothing gets charged. Go Pro whenever it makes sense.
Yes, from Settings in a couple of taps. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then move to the Free plan. No calls, no forms.

No. GST is optional. If you have a GSTIN, add it once and it appears on every invoice. If you don't, your invoices are complete and valid without it.
Actually free, forever: unlimited quotations, 5 invoices a month, 3 contracts in total, 5 clients, 3 saved services, the in-chat WhatsApp form, the web dashboard, email delivery and a reminder email on the due date. Quoting is how work gets won, so Riffit doesn't cap it. The 14-day Pro trial sits on top of all that, not instead of it.
Often, yes, if you send 5 invoices a month or fewer and work with up to 5 clients in total. Quotes are unlimited on Free, so pitching never costs you a slot. You will want Pro once you bill more than that, or when you want reminders and delivery on WhatsApp, AI from one sentence, or your logo on the PDF. The 14-day trial lets you try Pro before deciding.
Every invoice you create counts toward the 5 a month, drafts included, and the count resets on the 1st. Clients are capped at 5 in total, because a client cannot be deleted or archived. Saved services are capped at 3 at a time, and archiving one frees its slot. Contracts are 3 for life, and a new version of the same contract does not count again.
Yes. Type new or quote and a short form opens inside the chat, on every plan. What Pro adds in WhatsApp is AI, where one sentence builds the invoice or quote and a voice note builds an invoice (up to 10 a day), and sending the finished document to your client on WhatsApp. On Free it reaches them by email.
Free PDFs carry a small "Created with Riffit" line in the footer. On Pro it goes, and your logo and brand colour go on instead.
