By accessing or using Riffit ("the Service"), including our website at riffit.in and the Riffit WhatsApp bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Riffit is a WhatsApp invoicing platform for Indian freelancers that allows freelancers and independent professionals to create, send, and track invoices through WhatsApp and a web dashboard. The Service includes invoice generation with PDF output, client management, payment tracking, payment reminders, and related features.
You register for Riffit by interacting with our WhatsApp bot and providing required business information. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your business name, PAN, GST number, and client details. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your WhatsApp number and dashboard account.
Free Plan: Includes 5 invoice creations per month, due-date email reminders, a web dashboard, and standard invoice templates with a "Made by Riffit" watermark.
Pro Plan (₹249/month or ₹199/month billed annually): Includes unlimited invoice creations, unlimited reminders, no watermark, custom branding, auto UPI payment detection, and priority support. Pro plan pricing may change with 30 days' notice.
If your Pro subscription expires or is cancelled, your account will revert to Free plan limitations. Existing invoices will remain accessible, but you will not be able to create new invoices beyond the free tier limit.
Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@riffit.in for refund requests.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the invoices you create through Riffit. This includes ensuring correct GST calculations, proper client information, and compliance with applicable tax laws. Riffit is a tool that assists with invoice generation — it does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. You should consult a qualified professional for tax compliance questions.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to send fraudulent or misleading invoices, to harass or spam clients with excessive reminders, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.
The Riffit name, logo, website, and Service are owned by us. You retain ownership of the data and content you create through the Service, including your invoices and client information. By using the Free plan, you grant us permission to display the "Made by Riffit" watermark on generated invoices.
Riffit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from invoice errors, payment disputes between you and your clients, or service interruptions.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party providers including WhatsApp/Meta, Supabase, and Vercel. Scheduled maintenance or third-party outages may temporarily affect availability.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive or fraudulent activity, or fail to pay for a Pro subscription. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but we may retain your data as required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
