By accessing or using Riffit ("the Service"), including our website at riffit.in, the Riffit web dashboard at app.riffit.in, and the Riffit WhatsApp bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Riffit is a platform for Indian freelancers and independent professionals to create, send, and track quotations, contracts and invoices through WhatsApp and a web dashboard. The Service includes PDF generation for each document, electronic signing of contracts, client management, payment tracking, payment reminders, and related features.
You register for Riffit on the web at app.riffit.in, or in our WhatsApp chat, and provide required business information. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your business name, PAN, GST number, and client details. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your WhatsApp number and dashboard account.
Free Plan: Includes 5 invoices per month, unlimited quotations, 3 contracts in total, up to 5 clients and 3 saved services, email delivery, a reminder email on the due date, a web dashboard, and documents in the standard design carrying a small "Created with Riffit" badge.
Pro Plan (₹249/month, or ₹199/month billed annually at ₹2,388 a year): Includes unlimited invoices, contracts, clients and saved services; invoices and quotations created from a sentence, and invoices from a voice note (up to 10 a day); delivery of documents to your clients on WhatsApp; automatic reminders before, on and after the due date by email and WhatsApp; and your logo and brand colour on documents, with no Riffit badge. Pro plan pricing may change with 30 days' notice.
If your Pro subscription expires or is cancelled, your account will revert to Free plan limitations. Existing quotations, contracts and invoices will remain accessible, but you will not be able to create new ones beyond the Free plan limits.
Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as you choose, through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@riffit.in for refund requests.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the invoices you create through Riffit. This includes ensuring correct GST calculations, proper client information, and compliance with applicable tax laws. Riffit is a tool that assists with invoice generation — it does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. You should consult a qualified professional for tax compliance questions.
Your clients' data. When you enter your clients' personal information (such as their names, contact details, and invoice amounts) into Riffit, you act as the data fiduciary for that information and Riffit acts as your data processor, processing it only to provide the Service on your instructions. You represent and warrant that you have a lawful basis and any consent required to provide us with your clients' personal data, and that you will handle your clients' requests about their own data, with our reasonable assistance.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to send fraudulent or misleading invoices, to harass or spam clients with excessive reminders, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.
The Riffit name, logo, website, and Service are owned by us. You retain ownership of the data and content you create through the Service, including your invoices and client information. By using the Free plan, you grant us permission to display a small "Created with Riffit" badge on the documents you generate.
Riffit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from invoice errors, payment disputes between you and your clients, or service interruptions.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party providers including WhatsApp/Meta, Supabase, and Vercel. Scheduled maintenance or third-party outages may temporarily affect availability.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive or fraudulent activity, or fail to pay for a Pro subscription. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but we may retain your data as required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
