Nudge them, or give them longer.
Validity extended
The quote is open again. Same number, new date.
A quote from March shouldn't bind you in November. When one is about to lapse, nudge them or give them longer. Moving the date reopens it.
Every version keeps the same quote number, so there is never a question about which one you're both looking at.
An accepted quote becomes an invoice in a click, and the line items, client and terms come with it. Need it in writing first? Turn it into a contract, get that signed, then raise the invoice off the contract.
One quote does not mean one invoice. Bill a milestone at a time by picking the line items it covers, or by typing the amount, and Riffit splits the tax so the parts add back up to the whole. It keeps count of what has been billed against what was agreed.
Priced offer. Your client accepts it from the link.
Optional. Scope and terms, signed before anyone starts.

Nothing to install. No app, no account, no signup, and no six-digit code. They get a link by email, open the quote in their browser, and tap Accept. If something needs changing first, there is a Request changes link underneath where they can tell you what. That is the whole thing.
Your next quote
A quote they can accept, question or turn down. Whatever they pick, you know where you stand.
