Invoices from a sentence or a voice note
The Pro way to make an invoice or a quote in chat: what to type, what a voice note does, the limit of 10 a day, and what happens when a rate is missing.

Instead of opening the form, you can tell Riffit what you did in one message. It reads the client, the work and the amount out of it and lands you on the same preview the form does.

What to type
For an invoice:
bill Kabir 18.5k for the website copy
For a quote, say quote:
quote Meera 40k for the brand identity work
Shorthand like 18.5k becomes ₹18,500. Riffit takes the GST rate and the payment terms from your settings, so you do not need to say them, though you can.
If the name matches one of your clients, the invoice goes to them. If it could be more than one, Riffit asks you to pick. A name it has not seen becomes a new client.
Voice notes
Send a voice note saying the same thing and Riffit writes out what it heard, then builds the invoice from that. English and Hinglish both work.
Voice notes make invoices only. For a quote, type the sentence.
When something is missing
If a line has no amount, Riffit looks for it among your saved services. Say bill Kabir for logo design and the rate you saved for logo design is used. A rate you type always wins over a saved one.
If there is no amount and no saved rate either, Riffit asks how much, naming the line it means. Answer that and you are back on track.
If it cannot make sense of the message at all, it asks you to put it in one line, who it is for and how much. After a second miss it opens the form instead.
Before anything is saved
Every route ends on the same preview, with Save, Edit and Cancel. Nothing is stored until you save, so a misread costs you a correction rather than an apology. Edit takes you into the part that is wrong.
The daily limit
There is a limit of 10 a day, shared between invoices and quotes, voice notes included. When you reach it, Riffit says so and points you at the form, which has no daily limit.
