Reading your dashboard
What each number counts, why the financial year runs April to March, and which figures are money you have and which are money you are owed.

The dashboard splits into two halves, and the split matters: what you have billed and what has actually arrived.
The top row
Invoiced, this month. What you raised, with the change against last month underneath. It counts invoices sent, not payments. A strong month here says you did the work and asked for the money.
The three tiles
Pending. Invoices sent and not yet settled, whether or not they are late.
Overdue. The ones past their due date. Overdue is a subset of pending rather than a separate pile, and it is worked out from the due date each time you look. Nothing flips a switch overnight.
Collected. Money you have recorded as received this month. This is the honest one, and it is usually lower than Invoiced, because invoicing and being paid are different months.
Financial Snapshot
The dark panel, and it counts across the whole financial year rather than the month.
Total collected is what has actually landed. Beside it: how many clients, how many invoices, and TDS withheld.
That last figure is the one people misread. It is not money you have lost. It is tax your clients paid to the government against your PAN, and you claim it back when you file. The panel says so under the number.
The FY switcher
The Indian financial year runs April to March, so FY 26-27 means April 2026 to March 2027. Riffit works the year out from the date rather than the calendar year, which is why an invoice raised in February belongs to the year that started the previous April.
Switch between years, or pick All FYs for the lifetime figure. It changes the snapshot, not the month tiles above it.
Monthly revenue
The chart underneath follows the same FY selection. It is invoiced rather than collected, so read it as activity rather than as cash.
What the dashboard cannot tell you
None of these numbers watch your bank. Collected only moves when you record a payment, because Riffit is never a party to one. A client paying you by UPI goes straight from their bank to yours, and nothing reports it back.
So a dashboard showing ₹0 collected in a month you were definitely paid is not a bug. It is unrecorded payments, and recording them is a couple of taps.
